my cousin hit the back of one of those on his racing bike... he totaled the car .. but his bike didnt have a dint on it

funny thing is the car was brand new. the guy got it like 3 days before...

although by law my cousin was at fault for riding on the footpath..

he didnt.. he jumped on his bike and rode off before the guy could realise.. the guy was more worried that my cousin was ok.
but he woulda realised that the bill was going to him soon enough
